As President of Paciolan, Deana manages the direction and vision for the company, including client satisfaction, retention, and direction of all products, services, and solutions. She has cultivated an inclusive and supportive corporate culture at Paciolan, encouraging employee growth and development.

Before being named President at Paciolan, Deana served as Paciolan's Chief Operating Officer. Deana has been instrumental in driving growth and spearheading numerous successful initiatives. Her leadership of key client-facing teams and strategic partnerships have helped drive success for Paciolan. Barnes was recently named a Sports Business Journal 2023 Game Changer.

Deana began her career at Paciolan in 2003 as a business analyst, later transitioning to and leading the Client Partner team. Before joining Paciolan, Deana held roles at Autobytel and Verizon.

Deanna is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and through her leadership and example has contributed to a Paciolan employee base that is 69% minority or female. In addition, she serves on the Regional Board for TEAM IMPACT, Learfield’s philanthropic partner and non-profit which matches children facing serious or chronic illnesses with college sports teams. A former division one student athlete, Deanna holds an MBA from Chapman University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of San Francisco.
