Sales Cloud Go centralizes all necessary tools and information, making it easier to activate new features and provide your sales teams with the best tools for success. You can access this new hub by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right, going to setup, and then searching for 'Sales Setup'. With just a few clicks, admins can now roll out updates and enhancements without disrupting workflows.

With a new user-friendly interface, businesses can now offer consistent, AI-powered customer experiences across every touchpoint.

 

Aimed at boosting efficiency without requiring additional integrations, foundations also offers access to the AppExchange, allowing businesses to enhance their systems with thousands of pre-built extensions by offering extended free trials from partners like DocuSign and RingCentral.
