Subscriber Retention with Auto Renew

West Coast Entertainment has done a fantastic job incorporating an "auto renew my subscriptions" option as a subscriber benefit and convenience. This practice was implemented with a subscriber care approach to walk patrons through the new option and providing education to promote adoption. New subscribers were provided with a mandatory option, promoting a flexible payment plan option. Renewing subscribers were educated via messaging and notified that this selection would be the only way to lock in the same seats for the upcoming season.

Secondary Sales Push with Season Sellout

Michigan launched messaging to announce all games, including seasons + single games, have sold out for the 2024 Football season. The email directly pushes all fans to SeatGeek for secondary engagement. Michigan is also pushing to collect 2025 Football season waitlist interest using an Eloqua form submit.

Group Experiences Form Collection

The Terps created a group experiences form as the one location where fans can request more group information, and indicate which experiences they are interested in for that sport. This form then updates preferences automatically in Eloqua, adds contacts to sport-specific lead lists, and sends notifications to the sales team internally to follow up!
