Chief Executive Officer
Dave Butler oversees strategic direction and vision for the company, including client satisfaction, retention and product direction of all products, services and solutions. Butler has helped grow the company’s market footprint to more than 500 live entertainment organizations, including 125 college athletics institutions, that sell more than 120 million tickets annually. Prior to his current role, Butler was President of North American operations at Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. Butler also served as President, Mid-Market Division at Sage and Regional Director, Southern California at MAI Basic Four. Butler received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Jane Kleinberger co-founded Paciolan in 1980 and has served in multiple capacities during her tenure, including CEO and Chairman of the Board. Under Kleinberger’s leadership, the company expanded its domain to include fundraising and marketing solutions in addition to its core ticketing systems. Kleinberger’s work today focuses on both client and industry relations, and she is a key member of the senior management team focused on strategic development. Kleinberger studied accounting and business administration at the University of Cincinnati.
Chief Technology Officer
Dima Volovik oversees product development, design, engineering and quality assurance. Volovik has held several key executive roles within Comcast’s family of companies during his 20 years in technology, software and mobile technology. Prior to his current role, Volovik was Chief Technology Officer of Fandango, and previously was the Vice President of Technology at GolfNow.com and the Golf Channel, and also served as Vice President of Global Marketing Technology at Universal Music Group. Volovik received a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Shaw oversees all day-to-day financial aspects of the company, including strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, taxation and treasury functions. Shaw was integral in the acquisition by and integration into Ticketmaster, as well as the company’s acquisition by Comcast-Spectacor. Prior to his current role, Shaw held key senior finance and account roles at Autobytel (ABTL) and Western Digital Corporation (WDC). Shaw received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, & Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Shaw is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Kim Damron oversees the client partner, eCommerce operations, technical operations and marketing teams responsible for the development and execution of client strategy. Prior to her current role, Damron was Vice President Business Development and Marketing at Tickets.com and previously Vice President Vendor Marketing and Co-op Advertising Sales at Buy.com, and began her career as Director of National Advertising at Paramount Pictures. Damron received a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sports Studies from the University of Southern California.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Steve Demots oversees the sales team responsible for developing new business opportunities and solidifying long-term partnerships across all client genres. Demots has held key executive roles during his 20-year tenure in the ticketing industry, previously serving as Vice President of Professional Sports, Arenas and Partnerships for Paciolan from 2003-08, establishing numerous long-term relationships, including the inception of many regional ticketing partnerships. Prior to his current role, Demots was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Tickets.com from 2008-12. Demots received a bachelor’s degree from Calvin College.
Vice President of Technology Services
Erik Janis oversees the ticketing infrastructure, as well as day-to-day IT operations. Janis has more than 20 year of experience in technology, holding various leadership positions over several major technology disciplines in the finance industry, including data center operations, infrastructure design, network engineering and systems administration. Janis received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Vice President of Customer Service
Linda Reimer oversees customer services for Paciolan products and solutions. Reimer has been with the company for 20 years and has continued to shape and expand services and support offerings for the company’s customers. Reimer has worked in the computer industry since 1985, and previously was a Senior Business Consultant for a privately held software and consulting company. Reimer received a studied accounting and business administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
Vice President of Professional Services
Steve Geib oversees professional services and consulting, in addition to the contact center and fulfillment operations. Geib originally joined the company in 2003 as Regional Sales Manager and has increased his role over time by leading a number of initiatives, including the oversight and development of numerous advanced client ticketing solutions. Geib previously held positions within the ticketing industry at Tickets.com and Select Technologies.
Vice President of Marketing
Craig Ricks oversees all corporate marketing initiatives, including strategic marketing programs, client marketing, conferences, public relations, branding and advertising. Ricks leads a team who offers social media and consumer marketing services that span all genres, including college athletics, performing arts, professional sports and arenas. Ricks received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and earned a MBA with an emphasis in marketing from San Diego State University.
Vice President of Arts
Charles Woodard works with over 75 performing arts venues to deliver ticketing, marketing, fundraising, CRM and social media solutions to help develop life-long patron relationships. Prior to his position at Paciolan leading the Arts and Cultural Genre strategy, Woodard was the Vice President of Sales for over 15 years, driving the company’s entry in the museum and attractions, performing arts and pro sports markets, as well as adding to the company’s continued success in the college market. Woodard received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
