Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Paciolan, Dave Butler oversees strategic direction and vision for the company, including client satisfaction, retention and product direction for Paciolan’s ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions. Butler has helped grow the Paciolan market footprint to more than 500 live entertainment organizations, including 110 college athletic institutions that sell more than 120 million tickets annually. Prior to his current role, Butler was president of North American operations at Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc.
Jane Kleinberger co-founded Paciolan and has served in multiple capacities during her tenure, including CEO and Chairman of the Board. Under Kleinberger’s leadership, the company expanded its domain to include fundraising and marketing solutions in addition to its core ticketing systems. Kleinberger’s work today focuses on both client and industry relations, and she is a key member of the senior management team focused on strategic development. Kleinberger also serves on a number of industry boards, associations, and is a frequent guest lecturer on the educational circuit with many graduate sports management programs, including West Virginia University and Ohio University. She has previously served on the board of directors for the International Ticketing Association (INTIX) and is currently a trustee of the IAAM Foundation Board. Kleinberger studied accounting and business administration at the University of Cincinnati, and has worked in high tech for over 30 years.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Shaw is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial aspects of the company, including strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, taxation, and treasury functions. He joined Paciolan as Sr. Director of Finance in 2006 and was integral in the acquisition by and integration into Ticketmaster. Prior to Paciolan, Shaw spent almost eight years at Autobytel (ABTL), and two years with Western Digital Corporation (WDC) in senior finance and accounting roles. Shaw graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, & Law.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Kim Damron oversees the client partner, eCommerce operations, technical operations, and marketing teams responsible for the development and execution of client strategy to grow their business. Prior to joining Paciolan, Damron led business development, account management and marketing for Tickets.com. Damron previously oversaw the entertainment stores and sales operations for Buy.com, a leading eCommerce retailer. Damron began her career at Paramount Pictures, where she held various positions, including Director of National Advertising for the Motion Picture Group. Damron earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Demots has a long history of success within live entertainment and has held key executive roles during his 17-year tenure in the ticketing industry. Demots previously served as Vice President of Professional Sports, Arenas and Partnerships for Paciolan from 2003 through 2008. During this time, Demots established numerous long-term relationships, including the inception of many regional ticketing partnerships.
Demots is a member and active participant of many industry associations and organizations including the International Ticketing Association (INTIX), the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), the Association of Luxury Seats Directors (ALSD), Sports & Entertainment Alliance in Technology (SEAT) and the Arena Network.
Vice President of Technology Services
Erik Janis joined Paciolan five years ago in Technical Services and is responsible for the ticketing infrastructure, as well as day-to-day IT operations. Erik earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and has been involved in the technology industry since 1991. In the 14 years prior to Paciolan, Janis worked in the financial industry in leadership positions over several major technology disciplines: data center operations, infrastructure design, network engineering, and systems administration.
Vice President of Customer Service
Linda Reimer is responsible for customer services for Paciolan products and solutions. Reimer has been with Paciolan for over 18 years and has continued to shape and expand services and support offerings for our customers. Reimer studied accounting and business administration at California State University, Los Angeles and has worked in the Computer Industry since 1985. Prior to joining Paciolan, Reimer was a Senior Business Consultant for a privately held software/consulting company.
Vice President of Professional Services
Steve Geib is responsible for professional services and consulting for Paciolan.
Geib originally joined the company in 2003 as Regional Sales Manager and has increased his role over time by leading a number of initiatives, including the oversight and development of numerous advanced client ticketing solutions.
Vice President of Marketing
Craig Ricks oversees all corporate marketing initiatives for Paciolan, including strategic marketing programs, client marketing, conferences, public relations, branding and advertising. Ricks also leads a team who offers social media and consumer marketing services to Paciolan’s community of 500 clients that span all genres, including college athletics, performing arts, professional sports and arenas. Ricks is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and holds an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from San Diego State University. Ricks has been with Paciolan for over 11 years.
Vice President of Arts
Charles Woodard works with over 75 performing arts venues to deliver ticketing, marketing, fundraising, CRM and social media solutions to help develop life-long patron relationships. Prior to his position at Paciolan leading the Arts and Cultural Genre strategy, Woodard was the Vice President of Sales for over 15 years, driving Paciolan’s entry in the museum and attractions, performing arts and pro sports markets, as well as adding to the company’s continued success in the college market. Woodard is a graduate of Rutgers University.
