IRVINE, Calif. and LAS VEGAS (June 5, 2012) – Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) has renewed its partnership with the company. With the renewal, UNLV will be implementing Paciolan’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to enhance its ticket sales and outbound sales efforts, and efficiently manage relationships with Rebel season ticket holders and donors. Working with Paciolan since 2002, UNLV created a powerful regional ticketing brand, UNLVtickets, which provides ticketing services for UNLV Athletics, the Thomas & Mack Center, Sam Boyd Stadium, and Cox Pavilion, as well as other regional venues.

“We are very excited about our continued partnership with Paciolan and to be adding the company’s robust CRM solution to our growing product portfolio,” said Jim Livengood, athletics director for University of Nevada, Las Vegas. “With CRM, we’ll get a more complete view of our customers’ ticketing, donation and purchase history, which will enable us to build more intimate fan and donor relationships, provide premium services based on their unique needs and ultimately better serve them.”

UNLV continues to adopt innovative, industry-leading strategies and technology solutions to achieve success. By adding the Paciolan’s CRM solution, UNLV will be able to enhance its ticket sales efforts, and efficiently manage season ticket holder and Rebel Athletics Fund member relationships. The solution provides a 360 degree view of customers’ ticketing, donation and purchase history, priority points, and preferences to enhance customer interaction and help maximize revenue potential.

UNLV recently partnered with IMG College Ticket Solutions to help support its outbound sales program. Via four full-time account managers and a sales manager, IMG has been developing a “concierge relationship” with all of UNLV’s season ticket holders and customers to help increase incremental ticket sales and build lifetime relationships, an effort that will be further assisted with the addition of Paciolan’s CRM solution.

“Paciolan CRM will give us the tools we need to compete in our unique market,” said Chuck Soberinsky, associate facility director – ticketing operations for UNLV Athletics, UNLVtickets, Thomas & Mack Center, Cox Pavilion and Sam Boyd Stadium. “We look forward to leveraging the tool to optimize our outbound sales efforts, streamline operations, and enhance donor and fan relationships.”

UNLV also leverages Paciolan’s Fundraiser’s Advantage solution to cultivate donor relationships. This allows UNLV to more efficiently serve Rebel Athletic Fund donors and priority point holders with an easy to use, online customer portal to manage their accounts, make gifts, and monitor priority point totals.

Recently, UNLV saw great success with its donor level seating initiatives for basketball, which helped raise revenue for its athletics program, as well as the Rebel Athletic Fund, which supports student athlete scholarships.

“By leveraging the Paciolan system to strategically price premium tickets, we were able to clear our inventory and secure incremental revenues, while maintaining the integrity of our donor level ticketing,” continued Soberinsky.
