The conference brings together hundreds of thought-leading organizations and technologists to discuss industry trends in sports and live entertainment.

Jane Kleinberger, founder of Paciolan, will join Fred Maglione, president of New Era Tickets, on a panel moderated by Dr. Bill Sutton, professor at the University of South Florida, to discuss the topic of “Driving Revenue through Ticketing Technologies.” These panelists will join other industry luminaries to discuss emerging ticketing technologies, including stored value tickets, RFID, social media, data warehouses, loyalty programs and more.

Andrew Brodie, president of SSB, will join other CRM specialists on a panel entitled “CRM – Charting Your Database and CRM Roadmap” moderated by Brian Lafemina, vice president – club business development at the National Football League. They’ll address creating a comprehensive CRM strategy, developing organizational buy-in, and seamless CRM platform integration.

The CRM track also includes a session called “Developing an Effective CRM Operation to Deliver Value across the Organization” with esteemed panelists including Steve Hank, assistant athletic director-revenue generation, Arizona State University; Mark DiMaurizio, vice president technology solutions, Comcast-Spectacor; and Aaron LeValley, director, CRM AEG Sports – Los Angeles Kings. Led by moderator Bobby Whitson of Whitson Sports, they will address how to combine disparate databases via a data warehouse solution, as well as strategies for driving revenue through CRM, marketing automation and data mining techniques.

Rounding out the CRM track is a powerful CRM session entitled “CRM – Turning Data into Dollars,” which includes Steve Geib, vice president of FanOne Marketing, who will be joined by Haynes Hendrickson, president, Turnkey Sports Intelligence, alongside other industry leaders. This panel will discuss how to leverage CRM for analytics and business intelligence to create programs and campaigns that maximize revenue opportunities and drive return on investment.
