The Comcast Arena at Everett, located in Everett, Washington is a 10,000-seat venue that hosts a myriad of events including concerts, family shows and more. The venue is also home to the Everett Silvertips hockey team and the Everett Hawks arena football team which hosts up to 8,500 fans each game. The Everett Events Center opened in October of 2003 and transitioned to the Paciolan-powered New Era Tickets system in April, 2005.
With the New Era Tickets system, the Comcast Arena at Everett was able to:
- Sell more tickets online
- Offer an enhanced customer experience
- Generate incremental revenues
- Reap the benefits of Access Management and digital ticketing
Since we do a lot of Internet sales, we knew there was an opportunity to leverage print-at-home ticketing. Print-at-home has been a great tool for us to reduce will call lines and enhance the over all customer experience.

We are excited to offer 76ers and Flyers fans the opportunity to manage their stored value and season ticket accounts through an intuitive consumer portal. The technology convergence between Givex and Paciolan makes the process simple for fans to add or allocate stored value to their tickets, and also helps us efficiently manage the process from a team perspective.
