
For more than 30 years the Mike Ahearn Scholarship Fund at Kansas State University has supported athletic scholarships and capital improvements. Through the support of donors, the Ahearn Fund pays for 219 full athletic scholarships, which represents $5 million per year, and maintains Kansas State’s state-of-the art facilities.
To keep up with rising costs, the Kansas State development office wanted a tool to better communicate with donors, manage donor relationships and grow donation revenues.

We generated $700,000 from two key donors during a single event with head football coach, Ron Prince. Armed with reports from Fundraiser’s Advantage, we quickly identified their donor history, including the fact that their fathers played at Kansas State and previously gifted an endowment. Fundraiser’s Advantage helped us ‘strike gold’ by rekindling these relationships!
