Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) located in Houston, Texas, is one of America’s largest non-profit producers of musical theatre. TUTS is a progressive client that has pushed the technology envelope to offer patrons world-class services, including print-at-home tickets. TUTS wanted to leverage the distribution power of the Internet and offer patrons digital ticketing technology.
For more than 30 years the Mike Ahearn Scholarship Fund at Kansas State University has supported athletic scholarships and capital improvements. Through the support of donors, the Ahearn Fund pays for 219 full athletic scholarships, which represents $5 million per year, and maintains Kansas State’s state-of-the art facilities.
The Ted Constant Convocation Center (“The Ted”), located on the campus of Old Dominion University (ODU), sells tickets for concerts, events and ODU Monarch and Lady Monarch basketball games. The Ted has a 10,000 seat capacity for concerts, and an 8,000 seat capacity for basketball games. Historically, The Ted relied heavily on an outlet sales channel to sell tickets. Management at the Ted decided to transition to the New Era Tickets solution, powered by Paciolan to maximize revenue opportunities.
